SWMS

Delivery record

The Safe Work Method Statement is an electronic tick-a-box form the driver completes on crane deliveries to site, with a space for comments. A completed SWMS is stored against the delivery as part of proof of delivery, and can be archived for the record.

The SWMS is the whole of compliance in this system. Anything else about a driver is held by the OHS Coordinator, outside this app.
