What the contractor does

Try it, the phone on the left is live. Tap through and watch what the office ends up with.

  1. 1

    Gets an SMS

Sent automatically when the load is despatched. One link, one docket.

  2. 2

    Opens the job

Address, load, window and their current SWMS. No login, no app store.

  3. 3

    Shoots 4 photos

Time, GPS and docket burnt into every frame as it's taken.

  4. 4

    Gets a signature

Signed on the phone by whoever's on site.

  5. 5

    Drives off

POD lands on the docket and is pushed back to the Frameworks order.

Why this is the whole ballgame

Every delivery-photo system dies the same way: it asks the driver to do more work than the old way. The old way is a photo in their camera roll and maybe a text. So this has to be faster than a text message, no login, no install, opens on whatever phone they've got, works one-handed in a hi-vis glove.

Get that right and the compliance side comes free: the photos are already stamped, already on the docket, already against the job in Frameworks.
