What blocks a carrier, and when you get warned
Blocked
Any mandatory document expired or never supplied. The carrier cannot be assigned a run.
Action required
A mandatory document expires within 30 days. Renewal is requested automatically.
Cleared
Everything mandatory is current. Carrier is available for assignment.
