Volumes holding at roughly 14 lots a month through winter. Dean happy with truss quality, one gripe about a girder arriving unmarked back in June. Asked whether we can hold Lot 240-260 frames until their slab schedule firms up. Said yes, two weeks max.

Mt Ridley, Marcus Pead

Good visit. Henley pushing hard into Mickleham, expect volume to lift ~20% from September. Marcus wants to know if we can hold that. Steve to confirm plant capacity.

Woodlea site meeting, Rachel Toohey

Rachel raised two short deliveries in June. Both were our error, wrong bundle pulled at Campbellfield. Committed to a check-off at load. She is under pressure on lock-up times so delivery windows matter more than price right now.

Orbit querying an invoice on Lot 45. Sent through the docket. Would have been quicker with photos attached.

Timbertop, Grant Yeoman

Dennis Family happy with Posi-STRUT changeover. Steve walked the crane access issue at Ridgeline, they will clear the nature strip going forward.

PO came through same afternoon. Dean mentioned their Kalkallo stage 4 release is now October, not August.

Burbank Derrimut yard visit

Anthony flagged that our timber packs are arriving unbanded on occasion. Gary following up with the yard. Otherwise volumes up, they want to talk about a standing order for MGP10 90x45.

Meridian, Clyde North

Ivan wants a price review. Boutique volumes down slightly on last year but they have picked up two new estates in the south east. Worth holding.

Truganina Frame & Truss, Ross Gilchrist

Reseller relationship working. Ross wants better lead time visibility on MGP10. Gary to send weekly stock position.

Aurora, Julie Tran

Nostra steady. Julie mentioned a competitor quoting them aggressively on frames. Did not name them. Tony to sanity check our frame pricing on their last five lots.

Repriced Lots 318-330 after MGP12 move. Marcus accepted without argument.

Carlisle Homes office meeting

Reviewed the last quarter. 96% of drops on time by their count. Lisa raised POD paperwork, said it takes too long to get proof back when they query a delivery. We were three days turning the last one around.

Fairhaven Riverdale walk

Fairhaven growing fast in Tarneit. Sam asked about a dedicated truck on their sites Wednesdays. Nadia says not viable yet, revisit at 20 lots a month.

Long Island querying a short delivery. Resolved, driver had left one bundle on the truck. Went back same day.

Quarterly review with Simonds

Peter and Rachel. Simonds forecasting a flat H2. They want indicative pricing held to December. Peter agreed subject to MGP12 movement.

Ridgeline Boulevard access still tight. Agreed we deliver before 9am on that estate.

K & S wanted LVL 300x45 at short notice. We were short. Lost that one to Meyer.

Danny wants to consolidate sheet orders with us instead of splitting with Big River. Gary to put a package together. Real upside here.

Metricon half-year review

Peter and their procurement lead. Metricon consolidating suppliers. We came through it. Held on quality and delivery reliability, not price.

Simone advised Arden is restructuring their supply. Some risk here. Dean to get back in front of them inside a month.

Burbank annual pricing

Held pricing for 12 months on framing timber, subject to a 5% movement clause. Anthony signed off.

Virtue quiet, Gippsland work has slowed. Craig said they will be back in Q4.

Kelly walked us through their Greenvale program. Steady, nothing flagged. Overdue for another look now.

Nick was hard to pin down. Volumes have dropped off since March. Needs a proper conversation about whether we are still competitive.

Marty running a small program this year. COD terms still. Not much movement.

Steve buys timber and LVL off us opportunistically. No standing arrangement. Worth working out whether that can be locked in.

Frank Cavallo, account status

Cavallo has gone quiet since April. Frank said work has dried up in the north. Worth a visit to see if that is true or if we have lost them.

Long Island Homes, Frankston

Pete talked up their bayside program. Nothing since. We have delivered to them twice since this visit and nobody has been back.

Virtue Homes, Traralgon office

Long drive. Craig was positive at the time, Gippsland program looked strong. It has since slowed and we have not been back.

Cavallo Building Group, last visit on record

Frank was busy then, three sites running in the north. Nothing since. Four months without anyone in front of them, and the orders have stopped.
