    Fairhaven growing fast in Tarneit. Sam asked about a dedicated truck on their sites Wednesdays. Nadia says not viable yet, revisit at 20 lots a month.

Paul: "one point that we can go back and reference every time we've met with this person". Anyone in the management group can write a note, everyone else can read it.
